SPRAY NOZZLE: VARIABLE SPRAY WIDTH

Spray width is remotely controllable and very easy to adjust allowing optimisation of tablet bed wetted areas. This feature minimises the risk of over wetting whilst maintaining the optimum nozzle distance from the tablets.

All spray nozzles are adjusted simultaneously from outside the machine.

TOTAL DROPLET CONTROL

• Consistency – each CSI MKIII produces the same droplet spectrum every time
• Accuracy – the advanced technical capabilities allow a closely controlled droplet spectrum
• Adaptability – each nozzle is available in sizes ranging from 0.8mm to 1.8mm

SPRAY NOZZLE ATOMISING AIR CONTROL

As with Spray Width, Atomising air is controlled simultaneously on all spray nozzles from outside the machine.
