TECHNICOTA: QUALITY

As part of the standard quality control procedures, all TechniCotas are tested before delivery using FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) protocols and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) once delivery and installation of the machine has been completed. Customers are always welcome to visit the CSI premises to witness the FAT test themselves. A full validation package can be supplied on request.

CSI operate an internal quality system, with suppliers compliant to ISO 9001. All suppliers are carefully selected to maintain a high quality of supply.

The TechniCota Control System has been designed to comply with GAMP 4 guidelines. The standard CoTech™ control system can be supplied fully compliant to FDA regulation 21CFR part 11 using a paperless chart recorder system.
