We have developed a range of innovative automated control systems specifically designed and manufactured to complement our tablet coating and spray nozzle products. These products help to increase efficiency, monitor results and provide accurate information when processing to ensure optimum results every time.

CoTech™
The new CoTech Control System is operated through an HMI (Human Machine Interface) with user friendly functional display screens; the system provides interlock and failsafe features on the major functions to prevent damage to tablets. The standard CoTech Control System can be supplied fully compliant to FDA regulation 21CFR part II using a paperless chart recorder system.

FilmTech™
Operating the TechniCota spray system is easy with FilmTech™, incorporating a user-friendly control screen, it defines the process details and displays critical safety and process alarm information; with the ability to time, log and display the finer details on a dedicated alarm page.

FilmTech™ provides a pump unit enabling accurate control of coating solution delivery to each individual spray nozzle. The FilmTech™ also controls the atomising air pressure, spray width pressure and the speed of the solution vessel mixer; which can be supplied from a range of CSI solution vessels. All vessels come complete with hygienic fittings with contact parts manufactured in 316L stainless steel.
